PIPPA LYNCH | Creative Director + Photographer
Pippa works behind the camera and behind the scenes. You’ll also find her in the gym, on the tennis court, in the pilates studio or listening to a podcast.
JAMIE VAN DER MERWE | Content Creator
Jamie’s our key content creator and spends her days making things look pretty. She loves walking, good food and watching movies.

Our in-house certified pet food tester and model, Plum brings levity (and a dose of chaos) to the Shout + Co. studio.
EMMA HENDERSON | Graphic Designer
Emma is our resident design / animation / illustration wiz - and when she’s not behind the computer or ipad, she’s hanging out with friends and eating good food.
BRETT ROBERTSON | Visual + Audio Engineer
Brett is our go-to guy for videography, visual and audio engineering. Based in Christchurch, he takes care of our South Island projects.
