Every Sunday, we tuck into a homemade pancake feast. These pancakes are super easy and are a real winner - they have never failed me.
The recipe below caters to 2 people comfortably, but double up for 3 +. The printable version is available here.
1 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbs raw brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Cup milk (I use almond milk)
Spray & Cook (You could use vegetable oil here, but I prefer the spray)
1 - Mix all of the ingredients together - simple!
2 - Warm up the pan with the spray & cook
3 - Test with one pancake (I usually find the first one is always a dud, but still great to snack on while you make the rest of the pancakes!)
Top with jam, golden syrup, cinnamon sugar, nutella and bananas... The options are endless.
